Branches extend mission reach

Branches extend Mission reach, creating new connections

Branches are where our organization’s mission reaches outward—connecting our programs to needs of our community, forging partnerships, and opening connection pathways that foster growth and belonging. These living extensions don’t just increase our size; they deepen our community and strengthen our shared purpose.

Branches connect:

> Programs that respond to community needs—connecting our mission-driven work to the evolving needs of those we serve and inviting new participants

> Partnerships with organizations, businesses, and faith communities that amplify our collective impact through shared vision and collaboration

> Pathways—through personal contact, events and digital outreach—that cultivate champions who tend to a flourishing mission

How do our branches grow?

> By building relationships, one at a time

> By inviting and nurturing champions

> By cultivating strategic partnerships

> Through signature events, fundraisers, and open houses

> Via website and social media presence

> Through grant writing and resource sharing

Every branch and every connection is part of our larger purpose: to grow mission impact.

As our branches extend, we also prune distractions—not to diminish, but to focus our energy where it matters most. Every branch is an invitation to connect, every connection a chance to foster healing and belonging in our communities.

Reflection Invitation:

Where are your branches reaching?

What new connections can you nurture to foster growth and belonging?

To growing—deep roots, strong branches, nourishing fruit!
