Discover how involvement transforms generosity and multiplies impact.

Make this season is about advancing your organization’s mission – by growing Champions who share our vision.

Traditional donor campaigns raise money for short-term goals and assure donors that their gift will be used to support cause. Transactional fundraising efforts: identify potential donors, build awareness and interest, provide a clear call to action with suggested giving levels,

thank the donor and send them a receipt. But they don't ask for your involvement.

What if generosity is grown through involvement?

Transformational giving is about making a long-term commitment with Champions who share our mission. The focus shifts from what we want from them to what we want for them. Their initial gift is the starting point of the journey – not a one-time event.

As an organization commit to three transformations:

  • Transformation to mission impact.

  • Transformation in the Champions that God brings to us.

  • Transformation in the Coach – you!

The mission grows when we transform the cause, our champions and ourselves.

A Champion is anyone that supports the cause—

through time, talent, or treasure—

regardless of size.

Reflect on your own journey connecting with a cause: perhaps it began with a small gift or a few volunteer hours. As your involvement grew, so did your passion. Champions aren’t discovered. They’re invited, coached, and challenged.

Involvement is the key:

  • The more a Champion is involved, the more they volunteer.

  • The more they volunteer, the more they give.

  • The more they contribute, the more likely they are to share their story with friends and invite them to join our cause.

What are the potential benefits of having more Champions involved - Champions who also invite their peers to join the cause?

Success isn’t just about raising funds. It’s about inviting more people into the mission, equipping them to serve, and transforming lives together. When Champions are involved, the impact multiplies—and the mission we care about grows stronger.

What is your plan to grow Champions?
